Shipping policy

UrbanBed offers doorstep delivery services free of cost via FedEx services across India. We do use alternate courier service providers to ensure that we deliver across all pin codes in India. For any special delivery request, you can contact us and we will do the best possible to serve you. Of course, some special delivery requests, based on their nature, may be chargeable at applicable rates. For the same, please email us at care@urbanbed.in.

• Standard Shipping: 2-7 business working days (delay expected due to Covid-19 and will be as per Guidelines issued by the authorities).
• For custom-sized mattress orders, you will be charged for the nearest larger standard size. If you have any special delivery request, you can share it with us and we will pass it on to our friends at FedEx or one of our other courier service providers. Just send us an email, Whatsapp message, or call us with your instructions and consider it done.
