Refund policy

UrbanBed products are covered by different warranty periods. A detailed description of the mattress warranty we offer viz. "120 Nights Trial Period" and/or "15 Years Warranty" is shared in a leaflet you will receive with every UrbanBed product you order. A detailed guide about the Return, Exchange and Refund process is shared in the Warranty Page. Payment

We accept different modes of payment
  • Online Payment via Credit or Debit Card
  • EMI & No-Cost EMI
You can choose your preferred mode of payment to purchase your UrbanBed mattress.

Refund Mode and Duration:

In case your refund request is accepted, the refunds will be made to the customer via the original source of payment within 10-15 working days. Payments made in cash will be transferred to the bank account based on the details received from the customer.

Return Request Duration:

The return request can be placed at any time within 120 days of purchase, subject to the conditions. The cost for transportation, packaging, taxes and any other charges, one way that is from customer’s address to UrbanBed premises will have to be borne by the customer. On special request, UrbanBed will assist the customer, but the relevant fee will be intimated to the customer and will have to be deducted from the refund amount that is due to the customer.

Shipping Damages

If your order is lost or damaged during the delivery process due to a fault of ours or of the logistics partner, we will employ our best efforts to work with you and the carrier to retrieve your shipment or to replace the damaged product.
