Yes, we will be able to help you with the replacement in case you have ordered the wrong sized mattress while charging you just the logistics cost. However, we recommend that you measure your bed with the right tools without assuming the size and avoid all the trouble.
Q:2 Do I still qualify for the 120 nights trial if I paid using financing?
Yes, absolutely. If you decide not to keep your mattress, we would refund any instalments paid and cancel the agreement for you.
Q:3 Does UrbanBed offer warranty for their products?
Yes. We offer a 15 years manufacturer warranty on all our mattresses. We also promise a 120 nights trial period to ensure utmost comfort and convenience for our customers. We offer a one year warranty for the wedge pillow, pillows and pet bed. We also offer a five year warranty on our topper.
Q:4 What is the return or refund process?
In case of any inconvenience, feel free to contact us. Details for the process of refund and exchange and warranty conditions are provided with the product.
Q:5 Do I get the free 120 nights trial period on exchanged products as well?
No. The 120 Nights Free Trial is limited to the first product only. We don’t offer the same feature with exchanged products.
Q:6 Can I buy the Core Dual Support Orthopaedic Mattress and then exchange it for the Zen Memory Foam Mattress, if not comfortable, and vice versa?
Yes. To ensure the maximum convenience for our customers, we allow such exchange procedures, but exchange requests of such nature can be made only once.
