Q:2 Where are the products manufactured?
Answer
The products are manufactured in India using the world’s best foam production and cutting machines along with the highest quality raw materials from the US, Germany and Japan.
Q:3 How can I cancel my order?

Q:4 How long does delivery take?
Answer
Every dispatch usually takes place within 4 days of order confirmation. Post dispatch, the delivery can take in between 7-15 days depending on your location. In the case of a remote location, it may take up to 21 days. For custom sizes, please do add 2-5 additional days for dispatch to the delivery timeline.
Q:5 Can my billing address be different from my delivery address?

Yes. Please contact our customer care department for such requests.
Q:6 What if there is a defect in the delivered product on arrival?
Answer
In such a case, do not accept the delivery of the product. If you have received the order, please do not open it and send photos to customer care.
