Q:2 Where are the products manufactured?
The products are manufactured in India using the world’s best foam production and cutting machines along with the highest quality raw materials from the US, Germany and Japan.

Q:4 Can I track my order?
We at Team UrbanBed will track your order for you and share updates and status from our delivery partners. You will soon be able track your order by clicking on the ‘track order’ button on the home page.
Q:5 How long does delivery take?
Every dispatch usually takes place within 4 days of order confirmation. Post dispatch, the delivery can take in between 7-15 days depending on your location. In the case of a remote location, it may take upto 21 days. For custom sizes, please do add 2-5 additional days for dispatch to the delivery timeline.
Q:6 Can my billing address be different from my delivery address?

Q:8 What if there’s a defect in the delivered product on arrival?
In such a case, do not accept the delivery of the product. If you have received the order, please do not open it and send photos to customer care.
